4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes business strategies, customer data, and financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zennex Media Marketing (a brand of P R TRADER) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. No Guarantees

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or conversion rates. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
